Guest Bathroom Remodel: A Splash of Black

Guest Bathroom Remodel: A Splash of Black

By combining materials and patterns within the same motif, our team helped this client create a stunning look with their guest bathroom remodel.

When our client wanted to remodel her guest bathroom, she wanted a splash of black and a vanity cabinet with lots of storage. The guest bathroom remodeling project would have to be contained in a space measuring five feet by nine feet. Our team suggested a new vanity sink with drawers by Bertch. The thirty-six-inch white vanity sink cabinet with three large drawers offers a great deal more storage than some other models. We also had the option to use wooden legs so that the black and white tiled floral pattern flowed throughout the bathroom floor. By combining materials and patterns within the same motif, our team helped this client create a stunning look with their guest bathroom remodel.

Incorporating Tile Elements in the Guest Bathroom Remodel

For the countertop, we used a dense Carrara pattern with a white rectangular recessed bowl, complemented by a wide chrome faucet. Our team installed large glossy shower tiles, measuring twelve inches by twenty-four inches, laid horizontally with random gray veining. These played well with the black and white floral tile floor and Carrara countertop.

An Ornate Black Mirror Ties Everything Together

A two-by-three-foot oval mirror with a beautifully-designed black lacquer frame accented the guest bathroom remodel with a tasteful splash of black. A modern light fixture with chrome accents over the mirror completed the design. Our client was happy with both the choice of products and the exceptional workmanship in the installation.
